Practical stuff only. Your salon's staff set your time based on their own rules and what the bed can do — ask them anything you're unsure about.
Sessions are sold in minutes. You buy a balance and use it a few minutes at a time.
Staff set your time at the desk. It goes to the bed automatically — you don't touch a timer.
Bring or buy a cream and use the eye protection your salon provides. Every time.
The app shows your room, your minutes and when your session ends.
You have to be 18
Under-18s cannot use sunbeds in the UK — that's the Sunbeds Regulation Act 2010, and it isn't ours to bend. We check ID once when you sign up, so staff aren't guessing at the desk. An unverified account can't book, and there's no way round it.
